Cancellation Policy – New Clients
Thank you for booking your pet’s “new” appointment with Southern Paws Animal Hospital
We are excited to provide you with the best services and caring staff in the industry. Dedication and commitment to ensure your pet is receiving the best care is our top priority.
New Client Policies for appointments and cancellation are designed to ensure your pet is receiving the highest standard of care:
1.) Medical Records: It’s extremely important to provide us with your pet’s medical records and vaccination history prior to your pet’s appointment.
Please ask your prior veterinarian to send those medical records to our office or you may bring a copy of your pet’s medical records at the time of the appointment.
2.) No Medical Records – if we do not have your pet’s medical records prior to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your pet’s appointment.
3.) Cancellation Policy – Due to high demand for pet services and limited appointment space available, a $25.00 deposit is required to hold your appointment at the time the appointment is made. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide 48 hour notification prior to the appointment.
